Grantable Affiliate Terms of Service

Affiliate Partnership Contract

This contract ("Contract") is made and entered into on the date of acceptance by the Affiliate and by Grantable, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation incorporated in the United States ("Grantable").

1. Purpose 
   1. The purpose of this Contract is to enter into a formal affiliate partnership between the Affiliate, the signer of this Contract, and Grantable, whereby the Affiliate may promote Grantable's software products and services ("Products") to Organization(s) and receive commissions based on the revenue generated from any resulting sales.
2. Term 
   1. This Contract shall commence on the date of acceptance by the Affiliate and shall continue until terminated by either party, for any reason, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
3. Affiliate Obligations 
   1. As an affiliate of Grantable, the Affiliate shall use its best efforts to promote the Products to Organization(s) and to generate sales of the Products. The Affiliate shall use its own website and/or other means of promotion as it deems appropriate, subject to the terms of this Contract.
4. Compensation 
   1. For any Organization that signs up for Grantable's basic service using the Affiliate's custom link, the Organization shall receive a standard 30-day free trial of Grantable, then 3 months at 20% off the full monthly subscription price. 
   2. After the free trial period and the Organization's discount period, if the Organization remains a paying subscriber, the Affiliate shall receive 50% of the subscription revenue for up to 12 months as payment for signing up the Organization.
5. Termination 
   1. Either party may terminate this Contract at any time, for any reason, by giving written notice to the other party. 
      1. Upon termination without cause by the Affiliate, the Affiliate shall still receive payments for Organization(s) recruited while serving as an affiliate. 
      2. If the Contract is terminated by Grantable with cause, it is at Grantable's discretion to decide whether or not to continue making payments on the Organization(s) recruited by the terminated Affiliate. 
   2. Upon termination, the Affiliate shall cease all promotion of the Products and shall return any confidential information in its possession.
6. Confidentiality 
   1. The Affiliate shall maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information disclosed by Grantable, including but not limited to pricing and product information, and shall use such information only for the purpose of promoting the Products to Organization(s).
7. Governing Law 
   1. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Contract as of the creation of the Affiliate's custom link.
